Instructions
Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk with hot sauce and salt for at least 2 hours.
Whisk flour with paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Dredge chicken in flour, dip briefly back into buttermilk, then dredge again for extra crunch.
Fry in 350°F (175°C) oil for 14-16 minutes until internal temperature hits 165°F.
