Ingredients
1.5 lbs top sirloin steak (sliced into thin strips)
8 oz cremini mushrooms (sliced)
1 yellow onion & 2 garlic cloves (diced)
1 cup beef bone broth
3/4 cup sour cream & 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
12 oz buttered egg noodles
Instructions
Sear beef strips in a hot skillet with butter for 2 minutes; transfer to a plate (keep medium-rare).
Sauté mushrooms and onions in the same skillet until caramelized.
Deglaze pan with beef broth; stir in Dijon mustard and simmer.
Remove from heat, fold in sour cream until velvety.
Return beef and juices back to sauce; spoon over warm egg noodles.
